Ofsted in the spotlight - How much of a rating is decided before an inspector sets foot inside a school?
Using data from over 10,000 state funded English schools, this article uses logit regression modelling to investigate the factors most likely to predict an outstanding rating from Ofsted to investigate whether a rating is typically determined by factors outside of the school's control.
